Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip cookies

The days after Halloween have to be my favorite because all of the Halloween candy are marked down at the stores. So I made G pick up some Resse's Cups that were shape like pumpkins. A couple days after G asked if I could make some chocolate chip cookies but that's already on the blog. So as I was eating my Resse's cup I knew I had to make peanut butter chocolate chip cookies.

To make these cookies you need:

  • 1 stick of butter
  • 1/2 cup light brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 cup gluten free flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of peanut butter
  • handful of chocolate chips

Preheat your oven to 350 F. Cream butter with sugar. Add egg, peanut butter and vanilla extract. Add dry ingredients. Make sure to scrape the bowl down a couple of times to incorporate everything well. Lastly fold in your chocolate chips. Bake for 12-15 minutes.

These cookies are so good. Seriously peanut butter and chocolate should always be together! Will definitely be making these more often.
