It seems that I've hoped on the juicing bandwagon. Most morning before I hit the gym I've been making myself a green juice.
Let's call it the refresh juice because it wakes me up and gives me enough energy to start the day!
To make the juice you'll need a juicer (I have a cuisinart one that I got from Costco-- super cheap and awesome) and a few other ingredients.
- 2-3 apples
- half or 1 cucumber
- 2 handfuls of spinach
- some pineapple
- piece of ginger
Juice all ingredients and you're good to go!
